Should I Upgrade?

right now I have old alienware I got 4 years ago I know bad idea but didn't have the money at the time but now iv started changing the parts and changed the case, heatsink and power supply.

I was gonna upgrade my video card to a xfx r9 280x because I need 2 mini displays for my 4 monitor setup but I was wondering will my i7 2600 bottleneck the 280x or is it fine for now if needed what should I upgrade my processor to and what motherboard I should get to go with it
