Which version of the 670 should i buy?

I'm looking into purchasing a GTX 670 and theres two that i can pick. My question is which stock cooler is better between the two to keep temps low?

You shouldn't be consdering the reference board really.

The MSI Power Edition is a great card , I have no hesitation in recommending it, especially over a reference board .

The P.E. card

[Helltech]

Asus Direct CUII or MSI PE, those are the only two I would recommend.
