Use it to make and ISO (or img) of the disk you have then burn that do another disk. This way you both have and ISO and only need one disk drive :)

Ive followed a tutorial, the problem is that from the files, it made and ISO UDF file, that can be booted from windows, but does not boots from BIOS... Would you know why?

I'm not sure. It depends on what you're trying to copy, but if you copy the disk to a file and then burn it to another disk both using ImgBurn it should be an identical copy. What is the disk you are trying to copy?

 

If you want to put the ISO on a USB you can use Rufus, I've found it very reliable:

I've used ImgBurn to clone Windows disks, you shouldn't have any issues. What tutorial did you use?

At setp 4 of the above guide what does your disk say under "File Sys"? I have had issues with images that don't use ISO 9000 or Joliet. If this is the case then this guide may help:
