i was thinking of getting the 260x and the Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze psu, thats like 150$. Is there any good cpu i can get for 50-60 $? like a quad core cpu?

Unlikely and the 600W psu is just overkill you wont be needed more than 450W's I'll have a quick look for any cpu's there might be but I think it's unlikely

I saw another build some made, with a i5 750 1st gen, and the gtx 760. It was a really nice and cheap build but idk if those are supported by my motherboard?

ANY Pci-e 16 card will work in your pc, that CPU will not, you MoBo is socket  LGA 775 so you'd need a cpu that fits that, i5 750 is 1156. It'd be hard to find a new CPU for your pc.
