How do i clean this?

This is my center Speakers its a JBL Balboa and i got it used, It has these white spots all over it im clueless what it is. My guess is that the previous owner had a bit of fun near them, but is there any way to clean them off im clueless.

Oh god.  If it were me, I'd pitch it immediately.  I don't even want to know what that is.  I guess you could try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol.  That stuff will dissolve pretty much any gunk.

As usual: My solution - Alcohol... solution.

 

Take some alcohol solution, dip it onto a cloth and rub over the marks. It may smell for a bit after, but very soon the smell goes away. Only do this when its off though.

distilled water and mild soap...room temperature water and let it dry by just sitting at room temp.
