I dont have these processes running.

Kill each unknown process 1 by 1 like he did and see if there is any difference.

Ok I closed like 100 Processes (exaggeration) and It worked! Im going to narrow it down to which one and report back! Thanks so much man. I would've never thought it was a process.

Also clean your PC of adware that comes with a lot of free programs, like off CNET. And a tip for future, don't spam the "Accept" button. One accept is for the program your trying to install and the rest are for the useless adware.

Yea I don't really download any freeware. I think the process is one of Nvidias processes.
