so in august it will be my birthday and what i want is a new part of my PC or a new monitor. So pretty much do you think i should upgrade my GPU or my monitor first the monitor i have is this http://www.amazon.com/NEC-LCD1712-Monitor-Silver-Black/dp/B0002C98DG I know its really bad its all i could find in my house and my pc was a really budget build so i had no room for a monitor.  And the thing is idk how much they will spend on my birthday im thinking (since my parents are divorced) abut $100 each so like $200 maybe $250 and if you say monitor i would like to use duel. So the one i have and the new one so i would need one with either a HDMI or display port because im already using the DVI port.
