OBS Help Please.

So I am trying to stream on OBS and I am having stuttering problems. I have 5 upload and I am putting bitrate to 4000 kb/s. The settings are what Twitch needs them to be. I just don't understand what the problem is and it would be great if anybody could help. Thanks!
