Maths GCSE: any tips?

Doing my non-calculator paper this morning and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me, just little things like how to easily do multiplication etc.

Only have half an hour to go so any help will be appreciated

Why is there so many seats?!?

Just found a news article about my test paper this morning.

 

It's going viral about the weird questions that were in it.

 

search the hashtag 'Edexcelmaths' and you'll find so many people mentioning it.

Why is there so many seats?!?

Cause a lot of people write the same exam? There's about 2000 people writing in there. That video was just taken after the majority had left.

Still, in our exam hall we only have about 100 people max,couldn't imagine 2000

Yeah the first time I entered that room, I didn't expect it to be SO huge. I was taken back tbh. It kind of gives you more anxiety on top of the exam pressure you already have. Then again, the exam room holds 2 courses. In my first semester, my physics exam was held in there. I was siting beside chemistry students (they alternate chemistry/physics on each desk).
