HD slowed down, no reason.

My hard drive has taken a huge hit on its read and write speeds. I use defraggler to indicate its speeds with the benchmark utility. Earlier my HD got between 50-75 MB/s random read speed. Now it is at 1,8-2.1 MB/s, I have no explanation for this because all my games load up on it and it seems to be doing fine. I have my main SSD and before it used to read 100 MB/s now its around 80 MB/s so I know that its not the softwares fault, because there is a possibility that they have changed their counting method. 

 

Can somebody please explain where the last 55 MB/s went and is there any way to solve it without some extreme leghts.

As you can see, everything indicates that its working properly
