screen goes black randomly

can somebody please help me my new screen 

AOC g2460pqu goes black randomly there does not stand no signal but just goes black for 5-10 seconds in random intervals i have tried the cable connection but that is not the reason anybody there has an idea and i have 2 screens the new one included
