$130 audio upgrade

RIght now I have Turtle Beach PX22's that have a loose cable (causes crackles sometimes), and a Cad U1 microphone. I'm looking to upgrade my audio for as little as possible, but if there's something that I NEED that's going to cost more, I might be able to squeeze it in. My microphone isn't too bad and I mostly use it for Skype and a little bit of live streaming, so that probably doesn't need to be upgraded. The headphones need to be comfortable (most important) and sound good. Also if they could be open back (or semi open back if that even exists) then they would be perfect. If possible it would be nice if they could connect to my PC and Xbox 360 at the same time. I prefer bassy headphones btw

 

If there aren't any headphones that would work, then I will just buy a refurbished pair of Astro A40s for $180. Thanks :)

 

Edit: I don't like the AD-700x. I've tried them and they just don't feel very comfortable

For a little extra, I'd go for a pair of Grado SR60i's.

They look like they're on ear and I would prefer over ear (sorry I should have said which type I prefer)
