laptop crash loop

Hi,

Today i tried starting my laptop (win 8.1. The only thing happening is me getting an error report (blue screen with sad face) and my laptop restarting. This over and over again. Tried going into bios, but not any optioN to reboot in safemodus or whatsoever. Last thing i was doing was downloading sth, so perhaps its just a virus? Someone who could help? :S
