Skype Video problem

Hi. As it says in the title I have a problem with my Skype video calls. Every time I try to see someone in camera or to see they screen it looks like this: http://scr.hu/1w82/4q9xr . It is weird because it never happened to me before and now I cannot see anybody due to this problem. I've tried to install codec pack ( K-lite Mega Pack) But it only fix the problem when I'm calling from the same router (from tablet or laptop in house to my PC) but national and international calls are still suffering. I've also tried too look it up on the internet but I haven't found anyone having this sort of problem.
