lynda.com courses

A few friends and I have begun working on a project, a game, that we intend to, once we have a mockup map, character models, etc., go to kickstarter with.  If we get funded we are going to hire peopole and it is going to turn into a bit of a business.  None of us know business, so naturally we went to lynda.com which is where many of us learned game development, but there are 726 business courses.  We were wondering if there was a way of refining our search for business courses, or if anybody could recommend what courses to take.  Our business is going to be a game development company with 10-20 employees who will work from home at first.

I'm using lynda.com to train for digital artistry, so I can try to help. The biggest thing I could recommend you, is actually to take their "learning to use lynda.com" course. It taught me how to filter by authors, tags, and only include certain skill levels under certain topics and such. Very useful for me when I was refining my searches down for learning Adobe After Effects CC.
