Why? Someone who would put 4 titans in a build clearly has no idea how bad they scale that way.

All likely hood is that he just picked some of the most expensive parts to see people drool over a build he doesn't have :D

What is the purpose of this build?  Why the X99, do you do any video editing or something of the sort? 

Drop 2 of those titans, the sound card, get a bigger SSD(don't make the same mistake as me) and replace the windows 7 for windows 8.1

Those are the things I'd personally change.
