Ive got a Pentium k at the moment running a stock cooler @ 3.6ghz with a  gtx 750ti, i was wondering should i get a better cooler or a better CPU (I3,I5,I7!)?

WarThunder = Tank destroyer and sometimes my KV-1B if im bored 
CSGO = Sniper, I seem to be able to AWP 'well' apperently 
RPGs in general = Mage or Tank w/ resoration

Pentium K? Do you mean G3258? If yes then upgrading to better CPU can help improve performance, I'd say i5.

Depending on how much budget you have and the games you are playing, upgrading the GPU would be a better choice as most modern games are more reliant on the GPU. However a GPU would need more money to upgrade, and since you are looking at upgrading a CPU / Cooler I assume you dont have much of a budget.

 

If you want to get a squeeze out of your CPU performance for cheap, I suggest getting a cheap and good air cooler like the Hyper 212x/Evo. You can overclock that chip further (if you know what you are doing, of course) and save the money. Unless you are playing CPU intensive games, or doing rendering, the G3258 will be reasonable for gaming and wont really bottleneck your graphics card.
