4K VSR + Omega broken?

So, I have the Omega drivers for my 7950, and well, I can't get VSR. I've followed the guides, but nothing. So if y'all could help, that would be wonderful, because I wanna run my second monitor at 4K because why the fuck not.

You can only do 4K VSR with R9-285.

Will need a fiji or Tonga gpu for 4k vsr.

Yup, if i recall correctly GCN 1.0 can only do 1720p max. 

If you're using Windows 8.1 you can this driver with VSR enable. http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=399312
