The seller didn't mention anything about thermal compound, so does it mean he'll included it since once used with the stock fan, he has to clean out in order to use it again or ship it right? or it just means that he won't include it also is it a good idea to buy used cpu? the cpu is 30$ less than original

Not really worth it. And, it would most likely not include thermal paste

For $30 more I'd rather get a brand new CPU.
