Sonos trouble playing from NAS

I have bought a Sonos system to get music in my bedroom.

 

I have Sonos Connect and Sonos Bridge, and use both a Apple iPod Touch and HTC One as controllers.

All my music is on my Netgear NAS. But the problem I have is that I only can play music when my PC is on.

 

As I have understood it, that should not be necessary.

 

Anybody that can help?

Sorry for the few off Capital letters in my posts, it does it on its own when I Write in English, since my OS is in another Language. It's annoying.

a lot of things could have changed since i used sonos the last time at work, but could it be that your NAS doesn't have a built in media server and thus your sonos can't find it? it looks like sonos is playing the music from your pc, which (when media sharing is turned on) serves the music - do you have selected your NAS instead of your PC in the settings?
