Dac from JDS Labs

I'm buying DAC from JDS Labs and customizing it right now: https://www.jdslabs.com/products/48/o2-odac-combo/

 

There is an option called gain, I don't know which option to choose, low,standard,or medium.

Can you guys help me decide? :)
