Air Stream won't connect

Both my phone and my PC are on the same wireless network and both the app and the client on my PC are logged into the same account but Air Stream just tells me this...

I don't know how to fix this I even tried the QR Code thing and it just tells me to restart the client because it couldn't find a server on the network.
