New build first timer issue

Hello, just today I made the time to assemble my computer, I didn't rush this I took my time carefully. The power turns on to my computer, fans work fine. Graphics card is working to.. But my monitor says "no signal decected". I also notice my keyboard and mouse light up even when the computer is off

Specs are:

Intel i7 4790k

asus sabertooth z97 mark 1

16gb hyper 1866

Geforce 780

750 power supply

1tb hybrid drive seagate sshd

Try unplugging the 780 and use the intel integrated graphics.

I tried it, nothing happened.

Do you have your motherboard speaker in? If not, put it in and reply with how many beeps it makes. 

Anything over one is a problem

It's properly installed, I only receive one beep. What else can ai try?
