On my old install of windows 7 I would get the following blue screen: https://mega.co.nz/#!xx51yRwS!zUb8DbibquZHkapQ3FJ9sNWsUTOy4pl2BLrri1nnuzw. It would happen every once in a while. I thought it may be a driver or program but I just recently re-installed windows on a new hard drive and just got it after using new HDD for about 2 weeks. This makes me think its a hardware issue, so I ran memtest and nothing. RAM is fine, anyone ever have this blue screen error before?

Windows OS itself somehow corrupt?

It seems to me as the only variable, since you've already done a clean re-install and also a new HDD.

I mean, what else could it be?

There is a troll sitting on top of a gnome's head inside your OS, duh..

I have my sshd that still has my other windows installed on it and another old 5400rpm hdd connected for storage, could they be causing it?

WTF! Haha, yes. That is exactly what's causing it. (99.9% chance)

Take ANY & ALL HDD's out (completely unplug) then do a clean install from a HDD you know works well.

Windows likes doing shit like this sometimes. Pointless shit that makes no sense, yet causes it to fail. I swear, Barnacules purposely threw troll codes into Windows.

That's fine.. Just unplug it when you install Windows OS.. You do have it on a separate drive, right? Just unplug the rest. Have only 1 HDD/SSD plugged in until the install is done.
