Infinite zoom based drawing software?

Are there drawing software on Windows that support infinitely zooming. Something like prezi where you can zoom out go to another spot, zoom in draw/write stuff, zoom in even more if you want to add more detail, and so forth. 

 

Or another way of explaining is a drawing software that has an indefinite page/canvas size?

No...that was an example. I'm not looking for a powerpoint/presentation software. I'm looking for something that allows you to draw on an unlimited canvas size.

Illustrator? I don't think you'd be able to draw with that. But what  you're looking for is definitely Vector based.
