OS doesn't detect sound?

So I downgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate, after I installed the OS somehow it doesn't detect my sound (speaker). I'm using TV, not monitor, of course the TV has built-in speaker but it's not detected. Any ideas?

I've done that, well, the OS still can't find the speaker.

Make sure your HDMI audio is set to the default playback device when you right click on the volume in the system tray.

Aah, finally found the fix..... Windows update..... Well thanks for the answers! It helped me as well.
