Art work for my Pc Case

I have two theme well four really, Starship trooper ( Henlines book )  Halo or Special forces space marines or a Ninja theme.  I would like to  know where the best places to get either sticker decal stencil. Back panel ( full artwork or figure ) Front panel maybe widowed ( battle insignia or troop logo ) please advise

Look for local artist work? Maybe ask on a few other forums like OCN for artists you can mail side panels to  for work?

Nope, but I'd love some panel work done on my computer too.
