Allowing other devices to access my desktop's Raid array?

I have a raid setup in my desktop, and I'd like my other devices (my galaxy s6 and iPad) to be able to access the hard drive. Is there some kind of software for it? I don't mind paying alot for good software. Free alternatives are welcome, if paid option is the only way, I'd like to pay for the best.
