My little cousin was planning on getting his dad to buy him some parts so i put this build together for 800 which is what they want to spend. Is this a good build for the 800 dollar price range ?

Nothing against it, just think there are cheaper options, and for the non K CPU I don't see why not H97

I think the Z97 is a great option ;) Lots of options for upgradeability.
Btw you should properly be buying a wireless adapter to get wireless internet :) They only cost about 40 dollars or are you using cable?
