Help about i7 4790k overclock

so as i saw on some videos if i change the voltage to 1.3 and the freq to 4.8 ghz it will be stable and ready to go? ( i got water colling h100i hydro series.)

Every chip has an individual tolerance for overclocking. You will have to experiment with your own chip and see what works.

Not all chips are created equal.  What works on one may not be the best for another.

People tell me I have good volts.. I was able to run a few cine benches at 5.1ghz 1.34 volts, at least until I backed off.

Nothing is guaranteed with overclocking, and it's sort of like you either win the lottery or you don't.  You'll just have to fiddle with the settings until you get a stable clock that is high enough for you.
