So I'm getting a PC in about 3ish months and I wanna get the MSI GTX 970. Will one of these run a triple monitor setup? It will be the VG248QE so it's only 1080p. I may get a 1440p 144hz monitor for the middle if not so will the 970 run 1440p on a 27inch or a triple monitor setup at 1080p? Since I won't have the monitors right away should I get 2 970s or a GTX 980? I don't really wanna get a 980 as imo for $50-$150 more depending in what 970 you get it performs a lot better then it.

I'd say get a 980 even though you don't like it because it's more effective VRAM but if you're waiting a few months for the laptops anyways why not wait for the 980 Ti's?

Meh it will be over $500. Maybe with the Release of the 300 series from AMD the price of the 980 wil drop. Maybe I'd get it then.
