The Enthoo Pro supports GPUs up to 347mm without removing HDD bays. The card you listed, specifically, is 305mm long.

The Phanteks Enthoo Pro is such a great case. Mine arrived a couple of days ago

 

WARNING: It may be a bit heavy, it was a lot heavier than I expected when I got it.
