Where did you purchase the game from?

The Market. It's a genuine physical 7 disc copy

 

Sign in with your Rockstar Social Club and it should work just fine.

can i have a tutorial coz i signed in and it is still asking for the key

Indus Monk = Indian+ Buddhist

:D Damn! Did you read in discs' case/intructions/whatever if there's a limited number of computer installs? 

If there's one... you'd have deactivated it first, but if that was the case you'll have to contact rockstar... 

I don't know how is R* support (purchase proof might be needed), but this happened to me once with an EA game and they gave me a new key .-.
