What is a used I7 4770 (non k) CPU worth?

I came across a site called Ex-it (https://www.exittechnologies.com/) I was wondering if its legit or not? Or is there any other sites like it? Also who has a good recommendation for a M-ATX Z97 motherboard between 100-125$.

It seems like that site is more into server hardware.

 

I would sell on Amazon or on Reddit's hardwareswap. There's a damn good deal going on right now on NCIX until the 9th for a 4790K, only $224.99. A good cheap M-ATX Z97 board is the Z97M-G43, as well as the Z97M-Pro4 and the Z97MX-Gaming 5.

Something to note, that $225.00 happened to be a mistake and they have fixed it.  Nevertheless, I bought one :)

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.
