Looking for router

so i have saved my pennies and i am re-doing my internet solution

 

we all know that the router/modem thingys that the ISPs give are.... poop

 

so i am going to this new modem (http://www.amazon.com/ARRIS-Motorola-SurfBoard-SB6121-DOCSIS/dp/B004XC6GJ0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1430676989&sr=1-1&keywords=modem) it seems good enough, good reviews, and i wont ever have internet faster than 100 megs in Miami so no need for the more expensive ones that support up to 300 or 600

 

but i am still looking for a router, the budget for that router is 50$, it doesn't need to be anything too powerful, it will be used in a 1150 ft2 (ish) apartment ( 110 mt2 for people outside the US)

 

 

i will be using ethernet more than wifi for my PC and my PS4 that i use as a media center, so at least 4 ethernet jacks for a lan party or something like that. but you know, my family always uses more wifi, they always have everything connected over it, their phones, the apple tv, 2 laptops. so i dont want their careless wifi whording to affect my ethernet experience
