hmmm... Well still need info about them.

RAM is RAM.  There is likely no difference between them other than frequency and timings, which isn't really important when it comes to gaming.

 

1600Mhz and CL9/10 is about the sweet spot.

There is not much difference about them. I just looked and they both have the same timings and voltage at the same frequency. The only difference would be aesthetics and there is a bigger range of kits for the v3 compared to the v2

Cpu:i5-4690k Gpu:r9 280x with some other things
