If you are just gonna play pick the i5 4690(k), if you edit pics and vids go with the i7, just that...

The Phanteks Enthoo Pro is cheaper (and better imo) than the 450D. 
 
Added a Corsair H105 AIO cooler.
 
Changed the psu to the better Seasonic G 550W and also swapped the HDD to the WD Blue.
 
Gigabyte card is $20 cheaper and it is very good.
 
You can add a couple of fans in if you want, although you might be fine with the stock ones.
