Hello. Does anyone have an extra GPU (better than a GTS450) just lying around that they would like to donate to me?

I doubt it - but you can check your local Craigslists / Ebays etc for some cheaper deals. You probably would also want to explain why you deserve one and where you live first-and-foremost. This looks like a pretty bad attempt at a thread.
