Recommended standby settings while folding?

Hey everyone,

 

Just started folding and join the LTT team! I was wondering what settings you guys use for pcs while going into standby and not stopping the folding. Assuming everyone turns their monitors off and let the pc go into sleep and not hibernate?

Sleep is standby, hibernate is basically off with saved session info.  Only power settings I have on any of my PCs is to turn monitor off at 20 mins.

You can't put the PC in standby and keep it folding.
