Sony Vegas 13 Render Problems

Recently I tried rendering a video using Sony Vegas 13 that (before render) looked like this: http://gyazo.com/98a68162408f38eaab1423ab8d3f0198

 

But whenever I render it, it turns out looking like this: http://gyazo.com/c01ff93b87b924283c3c5ea6b0967970

 

I have tried reinstalling the program, and deleting both of the folders in %appdata%/Local/sony and %appdata%/Roaming/sony, but it still turns out like that

 

It really has fustrated me over the past few days, and anything I try will never seem to work

If anyone could help me with this, I shall post a picture of a cookie

Are you rendering the video in its original resolution?  If its only off a little bit it will make a big difference.

Nah, didn't change anything, I was originally a 1080p movie into 720p, but re-rendering in 1080p didn't look any different...
