yes the top 3 fans are above the midplate

Is it possible to mount a EK Water Blocks EK-CoolStream PE 360 in the top three fans at the front without removing the smaller mid-Chassis plate using the Flex-Bay 120.3 (360) Fan/Radiator Mount?
