check your GPU and CPU usage while in bf4.

I had problem like this, but core unparking fixed it. Have you overclocked your cpu?

BTW have you enabled mantle?

assuming everything is on stock speeds, there are 2 probably routes. 1 is software related, the other is psu related. If you have a trusty psu, check out for weird process on the task manager. Also, try disabling origin overlay, that fixed the problem for me

Can you try to oc your cpu by increasing blck to like 110 and add like 0.15v to vcore and check if there is any benifit. Also check if all cores are enabled in bios.

Hey mantle did somthing now the lowest usage is 92 is that still a bottleneck? i think mantle was not enableed correctly before :)  ;)

Doesnt explain such GPU usages. I could only imagine some software related issue. Try closing all programms. Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then Alt-T to open Task Manager's Applications tab. Press the down arrow, and then Shift-down arrow to select all the programs listed in the window.
