Weird Internet Redirects

when i try to acces pages like youtube or ultrafifa.com i get pages from the huntersville city schools (i live in south america and never ever accsesed something like this)

youtube redirects me to http://resource.hsv-k12.org/

ultrafifa.com redirects me to http://lsremote.hsv-k12.org/access/web?id=956ed11f-eae2-11e4-b521-0025909be234
