Windows 8.1 Desktop error PLEASE HELP!

I have just built my desktop, then I insert the Windows 8.1 disc in then after awhile the screen says "system thread exception not handled". I heard it was a graphics driver problem even though the computer has no graphics drivers update since it was just built and I haven't been able to install Windows yet, so I took out my GPU to see if that works and it still doesn't.

WD 1 TB Hard Drive

Corsair CX500 power supply

did the installation work, or did it crash while installing?

It crashed trying to install, it shows the Windows symbol, then flashes the error image and reboots
