rsync to VPS

I'm trying to rsync a bunch of documents located on a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine with a VPS instance of Debian 7 machine. I installed cwRsync (the Windows version of rsync). However, I'm not sure how to setup SSH keys on the Debian server and perform the rsync. 

 

For record, I already generated the private SSH key within Debian using sh-keygen -T rsa -N ' ' and saved it to a .txt file. 

 

Any help?
