Skype problem. Person can't share contact details.

Having an issue with a friend. Sent contact request and the skype chat also said "XXX has shared contact details with XXX", two times in fact, but on top it still says "This person has not shared their details with you." with the question mark icon.

 

All help appreciated! Thanks!
