The case fans in the FD R4 and R5 are pretty quiet but those cases themselves have noise reducing foam in them which will help a lot with fan noise and other components however the R5 has more options for watercooling and/or fan placement. Or jsut go with something like the Enthoo Pro.

i want a new case just for looks since my case now doesn't match my goal of asthetically pleasing. is h440, design r4 or r5 the best for looking good and functioning well do any come with quiet case fans?

enthoo pro??

 

it has by a mile the  best cable management and it comes with a PWM fan hub

i dont like enthoo pros look sorry and s340 huh??

well the s340 is a black (or white) big ol' box
