It's 11 over budget, but you get a beast processor, silent cooling, and a silent case.  This would be an awesome build.

OP didn't ask for an OS, and you didn't put one in your build either.  SSD is a nice feature to have, but certainly not at all necessary.

You didn't include an OS in your build either.  Usually it would be asked for in the original post if it's needed as part of the budget.  Since he did not ask for one, neither you nor I included one.  Does that make sense?
