Hey everyone. My brother asked me a good question about what kind of build would someone need, to play GTA V on Max Settings? I personally couldn't give him any advice, seeing as I'm not exactly there with my tech info, but figured most everyone on this site has gotta have a answer. I appreciate your time, and advice.

I think my build is close to the cheapest way to get max settings on almost everything and 60fps 1080p though you could potentially lower your card. Be warned however: almost every single reviewer, youtuber and chart claims that I wouldn't go below 60fps however they're wrong, there are certain specific parts of the map that do dip below 50 (but never seen it below 40 though so still quite playable, just noticeable) and while this is to be expected on an open world game they really should drive around more to find those spots (i.e. near one of the main story missions market with B on the map)
