Unable to install Windows 7

I'm trying to setup windows 7 with an SSD (Using a genuine ISO) And it just gets stuck at the "Setup will continue after restarting your computer". And it stays like that forever. If I try to restart it myself I can get to the next part of the setup but then it freezes about 20 secs in. Please help my mind is getting f'd up right now.

Have you tried remaking the install disk/drive?

have not, I actually got this ISO from a friend, I can't seem to find any good windows 7 hp 64 bit ISO out there. Do you know where I could get one?
